Take the time and space to access deep levels of relaxation through Reiki energy healing, and Sound Therapy. The combination of these practices leads to a state of receptivity in which all levels of the body can begin to open and heal. Brenda will lead participants in an immersive and restorative sound journey combining tones of quartz crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, voice, the gong, drums, and other overtone-rich instruments, while Laura will be offering reiki to the group as well as one on one hand placements.

This combination can help release emotional baggage, stress, grief, anxiety and even pain and empower positive change.

Refreshments will be served.
