Who is in need of some serious relaxation? We have just the thing for you! Come join Laura Lukos of Golden Willow Healing and the HH's own Jaime Ormont for an afternoon of restorative yoga, reiki, and crystal healing. Participants will enjoy a deeply relaxing restorative flow while receiving reiki treatments with beautiful and powerful crystals strategically placed on your body. The workshop will close with a group reading where you will learn the significance of the crystals you chose and their meanings and benefits.
