As we approach Fall, it is so important to make sure we are tuning in and tending to our minds, bodies and spirits. In this workshop we will learn how crystals can enhance our intuition, amplify our wellbeing and enrich our self care practices. We will end with a powerful group Reiki & Crystal Healing session to call in stillness and support healing and introspection.

Students are encouraged to bring their own stones for this session and any crystal questions they may have. Laura will also have stones available for use during the workshop from her personal collection. Students will leave this workshop feeling balanced, calm, refreshed and with the tools needed to incorporate crystals into their personal practices as we approach this powerful season of transition.
