Join Laura and Kim for this evening of healing and restoration! Working with themes of self-love, romantic love or compassion, we’ll begin with a guided crystal meditation to connect to your intention. The session will continue with 2 restorative yoga poses geared toward supporting your heart center with reiki shared throughout our time together.

This group healing session will include distance reiki for all and hands-on reiki for those in-studio.

Bring any crystals from home that you are intuitively called to or borrow one from Laura or Kim’s personal collection. We recommend any crystals that are pink, green, quartz or heart-shaped.

If you are joining us virtually, please have 3 firm blankets and 2 pillows available for use. This workshop can be taken from bed or on the floor.

Attendance is capped at 25 in-studio. Masks and proof of vaccination will be required.
