Join Laura for an evening of healing and heart expansion. Working with themes of self-love, romantic love and compassion, we’ll begin with a guided crystal meditation to connect to your intention. There will be time for journaling and discussion and the evening will conclude with a group reiki and crystal healing session where participants will receive both hands on and distance reiki healing. 

 Crystals will be available for use from Laura’s personal collection or crystals can be purchased in the shop. Students are also encouraged to bring their own crystals to work with.
