This is the perfect time to check in with resolutions and reconnect with what is most aligned for achieving our goals. In this two hour workshop, we will begin with a guided meditation to visualize our futures and gain clarity on where we should focus our energy moving forward.

We will create our boards in a supportive and collaborative space and attendees will leave with a refreshed sense of inspiration for the year ahead. And, of course, an amazing vision board!

Glue, poster paper, pens, markers, magazines and scissors will all be provided. Feel free to bring additional magazines, images and/or small items that can be attached to your board.
